Sandy's is a beautifully preserved original 1970 Bawley Beach Shack only 300 metres to child friendly Gannets beach and some of Bawley Point’s best surf and snorkelling.

The space

Come and experience this quintessential Bawley beach shack beside several of Australia’s most pristine and beautiful beaches. The water play and nature learning opportunities are endless with surfing, diving, snorkelling, fishing, ocean swimming, bush walking, bird spotting, bandicoots and kangaroos all literally at your front door.

Sleeping up to 6 people this pet friendly, child friendly and stair-free beach style property is the perfect location for your next Sapphire Coast getaway.

You will also find surf boards, a SUP and lobster trap available at the property for your use. Only just to market, Sandy’s is the first accessible (stair-free) property at Bawley Point.

The stunning and child friendly Gannet Beach and renowned Moonlight surf break is a mere 300 meters away via Flo Bawley’s much loved community coffee and fresh local oyster van.

Aboriginal Area

We hope you enjoy the diversity of bird and animal life in this stunning and pristine coastal village. Rainbow lorikeets will play above you whilst our resident bower bird refines her nest beside a friendly mob of bandicoots. But underwater is where the magic really starts – bring your snorkel and swim with dolphins, manta rays, turtles and gropers. Go for an ocean swim, use our SUP or take our beloved fish trap to catch dinner.

You will need at least a week to explore Bawley’s beaches, yet world famous Pretty Beach and Murramurrang and Meroo National Parks also need to be explored. Mollymook and Milton are only 20 minutes drive away.
