This beautiful family home will keep you and your family or friends well occupied during your stay with many activities and games for the little ones and to treat yourselves, outdoor facilities including wood or gas BBQ, outdoor shower, fire pit and plenty of outdoor space. Not to mention being only a 2 minute walk to the beautiful Burrill Lake. Just around the corner there is a quiet grassy reserve alongside the stunning surroundings of Burrill Lake, perfect for a kayaking, fishing, Stand up Paddling or even bring the ski boat down with plenty of space to park it.

This stunning home has been in the family for generations with Barker Reserve, a family orientated picnic area and park located only 2 minutes walk away being opened up and named from this beautiful family. Renovations and improvements have absolutely made this home. Creating a space that has been their loved holiday home to yours.

Bedroom 2 - 1x Double
Bedroom 3 - 1x Tri-bunk with trundle - Consists of a single bed on the top bunk, double on the lower bunk and a single pull out trundle on the bottom. There is also a port-a-cot available in this room.
Living area 1 has a comfy sofa lounge and a smart TV (Netflix access available)
Living area 2 has another lounge with a large TV and views of the lake in front of the home.
Main bathroom/laundry has a bath, shower and toilet. Also including a vanity, washing machine and dryer.

Barker Retreat provides a luxurious coastal experience with serviced linen supplied and free Wi-Fi to ensure you are provided with the essentials you need for a stress free holiday. Relax by the fire pit and BBQ area of an afternoon in the fully fenced back yard and kick back and enjoy time making long lasting memories with your loved ones.

Enjoy all that Burrill Lake has to offer with amazing cafes, bakery, and cellars but most of all the coastal chill vibe. Take a walk around the lake or a 20 min walk to the beach. This family friendly area has two kids parks in walking distance and if your up for a bit of fishing there are public jetties surrounding the lake with great boat ramps.

For the adventurous wanderers, there are beautiful National Parks that are only a short drive away including Budawang National Park, Bimberamala National Park and the spectacular Morton National Park with Pigeon House Mountain.

Ulladulla is less than 7 minutes drive North for all your super market and retail shopping needs.
Dining experiences can be enjoyed at award-winning venues such as Cupitt's Estate and Rick Stein Restaurant or if your after something a little more casual Pilgrims and The Harvest Bar are also great places to dine.
