The owners of this home have installed 2 kitchens and 2 living areas. The kitchens have all modern appliances, so there is one upstairs and one downstairs, making this home very serviceable for 2 families. The downstairs is fully self contained with a ramp for any of the family members that have issues with stairs.

Bawley Point is renowned for its beautiful beaches, great fishing, bush walking, beach walking and just relaxing. Leave all your devices at home and come and relax. Also nearby is Bawley Vale Winery where you can do wine tasting and during the summer holidays they have live music for you to enjoy with a picnic lunch.

You will also find in Bawley Point a great little shopping complex that has all your needs for your stay. There is a Supermarket, Chemist, Beauty Salon, Hair Dresser, Bakery, Newsagent/gift store, Take Away and Bottle Shop. Kioloa has a great little restaurant as well as a general store and takeaway.

This property does not supply linen, so you will need to bring your own sheets, towels and all personal items. If you would like to organise serviced linen you can contact Bawley Point Linen Hire directly.

Unfortunately, this home is not pet friendly.

Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry items, including toilet paper for the duration of your stay. (Basic pantry items and a small amount of toilet paper is provided)

There are many activities to take part in around the area of beautiful Bawley Point, including bush walking, swimming, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and sightseeing.

Bawley Vale Estate Winery is just a few minutes drive away. Taste their award-winning wines at the cellar door on weekends and public holidays.

Nearby, Cupitt’s Winery in Ulladulla has also been voted in the top 5 wineries in New South Wales and often features live music on weekends and holidays so you can enjoy a few glasses of wine while watching the sunset over the beautiful Budawang Ranges.

South Coast Restaurants are famous for their seafood. Visit the acclaimed Rick Steins Restaurant at Bannisters Mollymook – only a 30 minute drive north.

Just 30 minutes drive west is Clyde River Berry Farm, Open December/January where you can pick your own berries and browse delicious jams and local bush honey, or enjoy one of their famous berry ice creams.
