When you arrive at your destination you will come to 3 town houses, your holiday home for the weekend is the very end one.

Located in a great part of Mollymook Beach, this 3 bedroom, 3 story townhouse is waiting for you to arrive. Shepherd Street is a quick easy walk to Mollymook Beach, Mollymook Golf Club as well as the park overlooking the sandy shores and waves. Location Location Location it is all here at your fingertips so sit back and enjoy the beautiful south coast of NSW.

The master bedroom is on the top floor and has its own ensuite along with a small balcony.

The second floor has a great kitchen, dining and living area which opens onto the deck for that evening drinks or that Bar-b-que dinner.

On the ground floor you enter through the front door or the carport area into the 2 other bedrooms and the main bathroom/laundry. This also opens on the small courtyard out the back.

The home is fully equipped with all you need and all your linen is provided except your beach towels, those you will need to bring.

Unpack your belongs, load up the fridge and sit back.

Mollymook is located approximately 2.5hr from Sydney and Canberra and is one of the beautiful treasures of the south coast. The main beaches being Mollymook and North Mollymook are both patrolled during the summer months. Nearby is Narrawallee Beach and inlet which is great for those that what to kayak or Stand up Paddle.

Things to do in this area depend on what you are wanting. Sit back on the beach and relax, climb Pigeon House Mountain, do a bit of fishing or snorkelling, look around at some of the boutique shops in Milton or just go for a quiet lunch, the choice is endless.

The property is self-contained and your linen is provided except your beach towels.
