Within a few minutes walk you can either be at the famous Mollymook Golf Club, playing nine holes on the Beachside Golf Course, dining at one of the fantastic cafes or restaurants, or lazing on the white sands of Mollymook beach.

This home is perfect for family holidays to the South Coast, couples retreats or getaways with friends. With a large backyard and a detached games room including movies, books and a pool table this home is exactly what you are looking for to accommodate you for your next adventure!

Please note this home is pet friendly with a fully fenced backyard.

Please be advised, serviced linen is not provided at this property. What is provided are Quilts and Quilt covers, pillows and mattress protectors. Guests are required to bring sheets, bath and beach towels.

If you would like to hire serviced linen, please contact Scott at South Coast Linen Hire at info@southcoastlinenhire.com.au. Scott will be able to assist you with all of your linen needs.

Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry (including toilet paper) items as minimal items are supplied and vary at each property.

Please note a Pre-Authorisation form will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. This form is mandatory and will need to be completed prior to you receiving your access instructions. Please call our office directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.
