“The Pannicle”

Manyana is a sleepy hollow on the South Coast of NSW. Nestled amongst National Parks and the coastline, it is a very sought after area.

With its seclusion comes this beautiful large family holiday home that will sleep 16 people.

This home is designed in a way that multiple families can come and enjoy it together as a group.

Upstairs being the main house consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area, dining and media room. This part of the home will sleep 10 people. A top deck area with a great bbq is also available for that great afternoon drink or a bbq for dinner.

Downstairs consists of a full kitchen, living area, 2 bedrooms sleeping 6, bathroom and laundry. This section of the house will sleep 6 people. Downstairs opens onto the back yard from a bbq deck area as well. From there you have a second area out the back yard as well as the fire pit.

What makes this such a great home is the size of the property but the fact there is plenty of space for everyone. The yard is great so the kids can play while they are being watched over.

The location of this home is just 100m to the local park and sports field and just 800m walk and you can access the beach on Dune Crescent.

Bendalong has a great beach area which also has a boat ramp is known as “Washer Woman Beach”. Stingrays are the main attraction and are also known to frequent here and I believe they enjoy a feed as well.

Bendalong which is the village attached to Manyana has a general store and takeaway at the local service station. Should you need more supplies you will have to drive to Milton or Ulladulla which is approx 25 minutes drive to Milton and approximately 32 minutes to Ulladulla.

Milton township has an IGA (has a great selection of local produce as well as a bottle shop). There are many cafes, restaurants as well as the many gift and boutique clothing shops for that something special to remind you of your great holiday.

Ulladulla which is a further 7 minutes south of Milton has a large variety of supermarkets, K Hub, Best and Less as well as the picture theatre and the Dunn and Lewis Centre for 10 Pin bowling and other activities.

The harbour of Ulladulla also has a boat ramp and is great to sit and have lunch or let the kids have a paddle in the water.

Our area is beautiful in the many beaches we have, visit Mollymook Beach which is patrolled during the summer holidays, head to Manyana for a swim. We also have lakes which are great for Kayaking being Lake Conjola and Narrawallee Inlet. The water activities in the area are opened to what ever your heart desires.

Currajong Point boat ramp which is part of Lake Conjola is only a 3 minute drive from the house, which also has a bathroom and. Bbq facilities for public use.
