This property also includes boat mooring making this your perfect boat holiday location. Wifi available.

Lake Conjola is a quiet village located only a short 15 minute drive to the heart of Milton and offers an abundance of outdoor activities. If you enjoy surfing, fishing, water skiing, canoeing, stand up paddle boarding or even a social round of barefoot bowls then Conjola is for you!
Never fear if you don 't own a boat, the Lake Conjola Post office has you covered. Hire a boat for a couple of hours or half a day and explore the lake and its estuaries or just enjoy a spot of fishing. Fishing tackle, bait and supplies are available at Lake Conjola Post Office Store. A boat licence or experience are not required for the runabouts. You can also hire canoes or kayaks and explore the waterways.

Please note that whilst this property is fenced, pets are strictly not permitted.

Bella Coastal Property has a strict No Party Policy. All guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property, or accompanied by a parent/guardian.

The property is self-contained however it is not serviced. Linen is not supplied, please bring your own or linen hire can be arranged by contacting South Coast Linen Hire via their Website. Guests are required to bring all personal and pantry items. (Basic pantry items are provided)

Please note that we do require a security bond for this property. This is pre-authorisation is placed on your card the day before your arrival and is usually held for up to 7 days. Bella Coastal Property will not be held accountable for the length that your bond is held for as this is something that happens through a third party (your banking institution) not by Bella Coastal Property. If you have any questions on this matter please contact us and we will be more then happy to assist you as best as we possibly can.
