Baroona by the Beach is a two storey holiday home featuring four bedrooms, two bathrooms (plus an outdoor shower), two lounge rooms and an impressive upstairs deck.

Each bedroom includes a built in cupboard and ceiling fan.

It is close to the beach (a 400m walk to Bawley Beach), cafes and a small shopping centre (chemist, Supermarket newsagent, bottleo etc.)

There are many activities to take part in, including bush walking, swimming, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and sightseeing.

Upstairs, the lounge room offers a seating area with a red wicker seat and table, large comfortable modular lounge with a flat screen TV, fireplace to keep you warm and cosy through the winter months. This inviting lounge room also opens out onto a large deck, where you can sit and relax, enjoy the afternoon sun and sip on a warm cup of tea. (Please note - firewood is not supplied for the fireplace, you can purchase bags of wood from the service station in Termeil)

The deck is a great place to relax with an outdoor lounge and dining area, a Jack & Jill chair, wall mounted TV, gas BBQ and ocean glimpses.

The dining area has a dining table with seating for 6 and a highchair for the little one.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, cooking basics, Delonghi coffee machine, oven and electric cooktop.

Guests are required to bring all personal and pantry items (Basic pantry items are provided). Wifi available.

Main bathroom has a deep bath and shower and ceiling heat lamp.

Linen is not provided so please remember to pack your sheets towels and all your personal items including toilet paper. Should you wish to hire linen please contact Amelia from Bawley Point Linen Hire and place an order directly with her.
