This sweet, well loved property is the hideaway you have all been searching for. Situated in the peaceful surroundings of Kioloa, where you are greeted by on of Australia’s furry Icons, Kangaroo’s and often visited by King Parrots & Lorikeets.

This 3 bedroom home comfortable sleeps 6 guests, perfect for a family wanting to escape and get a taste of the cruisey coastal life. There is a free to air TV in the lounge room and even a kids retreat in the backyard, fitted out with another free to air TV, pool table, table tennis and board games to keep the younger ones entertained. Please note, the yard is not fenced, therefore this property is not pet friendly.

The kitchen is well equiped for your cooking needs with an Air-fryer to make dinner time a little bit easier. If you would prefer to cook outside, there is a BBQ on the front deck for you to cook up a storm. The main bathroom is located in the house with a second shower and toilet located in the laundry which has a washing machine available for guest use.

Keep cool on those hot summer days and warm on the chilly nights with the Split Air-conditioning system, located in both the lounge room and the kids retreat (aka games room). There are also ceiling fans in each bedroom.

There is a nice deck at the front of the property, big enough to whip up a charcuterie board and enjoy a beverage or two, or if you want to go for a walk, grab a roadie and head to the beautiful Kioloa beach, walking distance from the hideaway, roughly 1 stubbie worth. Or you can relax in the back yard around the fire pit, toast up some yummy marshmallows and make some beautiful memories.

Morning beach walks can include a coffee from Saltwood cafe, which is on just around the corner. Access to the beach is just a straight walk from Butler Street Hideaway, through the caravan park for easy access. This is a great beach for the kids to learn to surf and build sand castles.

If you are up for a walk, there is a beautiful walk from Pretty Beach to Merry Beach looking out over Snapper Point, the photo’s in the living area of Butler Street Hideaway are of that area.

Please be advised linen is NOT provided at this property, so you will need to pack your sheets, bath towels and beach towels.

What is provided is Doona’s with covers, pillows with covers and mattress protectors.

Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry items (basic items are provided), just don’t forget to pack your toilet paper. There is a shopping complex in Bawley Point, which has IGA, Chemist, Bottle-shop and other small shops to cater for all your needs.

Please note that all off our properties require a Pre-Authorisation form completed prior to arrival. This will be emailed to you.

Located in the Kioloa, Bawley Point area is Merry Street Restaurant, the General Store, Bawley Takeaway and Saltwood, a local cafe/gift store.

For the adventurous wanderers, there are beautiful National Parks that are only a short drive away including Budawang National Park, Bimberamala National Park and the spectacular Morton National Park with Pigeon House Mountain or if you want to sit back, relax and taste award- winning wines at the Bawley Vale Estate Winery which is located only 11km from your stay. A short 30 minute drive into Ulladulla, you will find Cupitt's Estate for some more mouth-watering wine and food.

If you feel like taking a relaxing drive, you can head North to Milton, you will find some sweet little cafes that would meet all your needs and even indulge in some retail therapy at some of the unique stores along the main street.
