Located just moments from the beautiful Mollymook Beach is this wonderful sunlit holiday home. This beautifully presented home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and will comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The house is spacious and well-appointed with all modern amenities.

With a large living room, open plan kitchen and a spacious covered outdoor deck with BBQ, there is plenty of room for the whole family to unwind and enjoy a fabulous coastal holiday!
The large back garden is fully fenced and safe for children to run around and burn some excess energy, while you relax on the deck with a drink and enjoy the ocean breeze.

Take a short 5 minute stroll to Mollymook beach for a dip in the pristine waters or wander down to the Golf Club for a meal with spectacular views.

This property is perfect for anyone seeking a relaxing coastal getaway. You can surf and swim to your hearts content. Looking for something to do in the evening? Make a booking at one of the many lovely restaurants located in either Mollymook, Ulladulla or Milton. The house is within walking distance to the Golf Club and a further stroll to North Mollymook where you can enjoy an alfresco meal at Bannisters Pavilions or Gwylo.

The Area

With a beautiful beach and dolphins playing in the surf, the beach side paradise of Mollymook has lots of appeal. Enjoy delicious dining, go surfing and play a round of golf overlooking the sparkling ocean. You might even spot majestic whales migrating along the NSW South Coast.
Mollymook Beach stretches for 2km, from Bannister Head in the north to the Mollymook Golf Club atop the southern headland. Both ends of the beach are patrolled during the warmer months. Relax on the fine sands, enjoy beach fishing, and go snorkelling or diving around the rocky headlands and central reef. Take an 8 minute drive to Narrawallee inlet where you can hire/learn to stand up paddle board or take a stroll and take in the gorgeous scenery.

The property is self-contained however it is not serviced. Linen and Towels are NOT supplied. Please bring your own or linen hire can be arranged by contacting Karen from Aroma Linen Hire on 0401 284 046. Guests are required to bring all personal and pantry items. (Basic pantry items are provided)
