Please note this property is self contained but not serviced. Everyday items including pantry items and personal items are not provided.
This property caters for couples and families. No parties or large group bookings are permitted. Failure to comply will lead to loss of security deposit and/or immediate termination. Please also note that this property is STRICTLY no smoking inside of the premises.
-Please note that we do require a security bond of $500 for this property. This pre-authorisation of $500 is placed on your card the day before your arrival and is held for 7 days. -
The property does have complimentary Wifi. Please note: Bella Coastal Property will not be held liable for any outages or shortages with internet services.
Bella Coastal Property has a strict NO PARTY POLICY. All guests must be OVER the age of 21 when booking this property, or accompanied by a parent/guardian.
The property is self-contained however it is not serviced. Linen is NOT supplied, please bring your own or linen hire can be arranged by contacting Scott from Mollymook Linen Hire on 0411 473 254. Guests are required to bring all personal and pantry items. (Basic pantry items are provided)
